A typical Atlas in Balance Session is usually about 75 minutes long, but it's a good idea to give yourself at least 90 minutes to allow for integration time. Lydia Erickson is a certified Atlas Balancer who, using Soundcodes and light touch, will create the space for your Atlas - and body - to come back into its natural alignment without any manipulation. An Atlas Balancing session is $250 for adults, $125 for children (newborns are included in mother's session) and includes a follow-up session which is a minimum of 30 minutes, either in person or on the phone. A Body in Balance (Level 2) Session is a significant upgrade and integrates both the coccyx and xyphoid energetic Soundcodes' alignment. Together they are very important in the overall structural framework of the body as well as opening up channels for increased inner attunement and healing. It is recommended to receive a Level 2 session once you have received Level 1, to allow your body to complete the process it has already begun. A Body in Balance session is $250 for adults, $125 for children (same as an Atlas in Balance session), and also includes a follow-up.
