Do you like to express yourself through song (even if it's just in the shower or when driving alone?) Do you enjoy listening to conscious music or meditative chants?
Would you like to connect to your voice and its wisdom in a deeper way, or perhaps you already have and want to deepen the connection even further? Experience the natural world as a conduit for your ancient, sacred voice, and express your deepest heart with ease! Join a small group of conscious women to slow down, listen, and reconnect to that part of you that has been waiting for this moment in time.. your sacred "Singing Self" Root yourself deeply in your Home, your Body, this - your beautiful Self. Connect with the supportive and nourishing energy field of ancient trees, as they help you bring out this "voice of the spheres" and use your voice in new and ancient ways that perhaps you have not experienced before. Restore your body and energy at deep levels. Re-integrate with your divine consciousness at a cellular level, and learn how to anchor this experience in your daily life so that you can always access that healing wisdom in yourself, especially in those moments when you feel the least connected, and most off balance and vulnerable, and know it is always there to support you. These are two workshops that build upon each other to strengthen your connection to your healing voice so that you can call upon it whenever you need it for yourself, use it in healing work with clients, and support your friends and family. |

Breathe... Rest... Receive... and Journey Within... You'll be immersed in a world of healing sound vibration, designed to help your body relax and prepare for the guided meditation. If you are in a small group, you will also receive an individual session which may include Starpoints, Pranic release, and a personalized Inner Journey Meditation, along with Soundcode Therapy and Kundalini Reiki which is included in all Healing Sound Meditations. Seated in a chair or laying on a yoga mat, these classes encourage you to let your body completely relax so that you can fully experience the richness of your inner world. Come rest, journey within and activate your "biophotons" - meditate and literally glow! :) Lydia will use Soundcodes, singing bowls and other instruments to help you relax and enter a dream-like state, then gently guide you into the magic inner realms of You, to explore your deepest places of strength, love and gratitude. Come prepared to be completely held and cared for physically, emotionally and spiritually. You will take a journey of inspiration within, as you receive the nourishing vibrations of healing Universal Sound Frequency Codes, Tingsha, Himalayan singing bowls, Mbira, and other musical instruments (and sometimes some surprises!). If you attend a course in person at the Sanctuary of Trees or Day Seven Wellness Center, after the sound healing journey there will be time for tea and quiet conversation or solitude and journaling. At the Sanctuary of Trees you are also welcome to wander our local trails to nearby ponds and lakes, or just to spend a little quiet time in the woods.
