My Journey...When I went on my journey of discovery, it had begun far earlier than I even knew - but I found myself at a Wild Women's Gathering in New Mexico. Walking barefoot through the streams to enter the sacred canyon, we shared deepest healing experience by receiving the earth into our most sacred vessel - our vaginas. I knew that my deepest calling was from the Goddess, and that she guided me to help others receive healing from the earth.
As I returned home to Seattle, I met other healers and teachers on the way, and stopped in Grass Valley to learn from Kali Ma, and many others. Others who were able to see the gifts that I could not, and a year later I started Spiritual Portraits and guided spiritual counseling sessions.When I suffered a concussion during a sailing class, I was forced to drop out of school. It brought me to Tranquility House, a healing center that magically had just been created and where I received the deepest healing I had ever experienced. As I lay on the bed, one of the healers looked at me while working on my light grid, and said "Wow your field of sensation is enormous. You can feel what is happening miles around you. You have a great gift. Will you use this for dark or for light?" Nervously I replied, "For the light, of course." Knowing that I had to see both, in order to do the deepest healing. Next on my journey was to be attuned in Usui Reiki. My guides showed themselves to me in my mind's eye and I knew that no matter what path I took on this healing journey, I would be guided and protected. |
